Security EC=5 error when tring to restore from session.

I can not seem to get an account that has permissions to run this restore. I have checked permissions on Acrserve$ and on the registry. All seem to be fine, but I still get error: There are not enough rights for User ABCXYD. All the accouts I have tried are Domain Admins, Enterprise Admins, and Administrators. What's next?

Win2k server and Arcserve 2000 advanced sp2

What happened over at Computer Associates. When I first setup this server they were helpful with phone tech support. Now I have to pay per incident and use some stupid zip software to load service packs. I just might switch to BackExec.
