Hey,

I'm wondering if its possible to use the above MMC to compare settings...
But now between the PC and a set of defined templates, but between one PC and another......

I wonder if there is a way of exporting all current security settings from one PC as a template and importing it to another in the MMC to analyse against.

Basically,

I have a standard ghost and someone is having errors with it, and I want to see exactly what and where he has changed account rights....

Sometimes it just needs a good kicking.

Just save the template off the problem pc and put it on floppy, or share over network, or burn to cd, or put on thumb drive and then import and compare it on the new PC.

You kind of answered your own question. Just import and export like would versus a template
