Hello All,

With our old Partner System, all users were required to enter a 3-digit number into the phone system before being allowed to connect an outgoing Long Distance call. These 3-digit numbers were assigned by the phone company. How do I implement this functionality in Magix? I am thinking it is either through the use of Account Codes/Forced Account Code Entry, or Authorization Codes. Is there a way to manually set these account codes up in System Programming, so I would not have to deal with telco everytime I add or remove users?

Once Again,
Thanks In Advance,

Brandon

Well, what does TELCO require?

You can do a ACCOUNT CODE thingy, but that just gets you out of the MAGIX.

If TELCO requires an account code, you can include an entry (OTHER DIGITS) in your ARS TABLE to make this happen.
