Security - Client vs. Remote Login

Hi,
I have a question about security. If I log into my SQL Server Remotely through Remote Desktop Connection I can do anything on the server. If I log into Enterprise Mgr on through client software, I cannot view the SQL Code in a local package. The error I get is:

SQL Server does not exist or access denied.

I gave myself all privelages.
