Hi All,

What is the best and least exspensive way to monitor who and when someone logs into a 2003 server? Also, is there something that can track what/where they went? I'm a "newbie" to this side of security, and one of the executives would like this information when needed. Thanks in advance!

Best regards,
Don

Security auditing is already available in the OS. Try checking the local security policy under administrative tools or domain security policy on your domain controller
For file/folder access you will need to modify the security attributes to allow for auditing.
Googling Windows Security Auditing should provide you a myriad of links on how to set this up
