Our application runs off of a file server where data resides. Small client side app executes and knows preconfigured location of shared folder and assigned mapped networked drive. How can access to dbfs be stopped from known shared folder on server?

Put a password on the folder and have the VFP app map to the drive sending user name and password as it maps to it, and unmap when the application closes.
