Security Administration for Active Directory

Good Morning,

I am administering an Active Directory from my Win XP sp 1a box and when I
try to add users or groups to anything (GPO, sharing permissions, ect.) it
looks a lot different than from a WIN 2000 box. It does not give you a nice
window to choose groups or users. You have to type them in manually or go
to do a search. Is there a way to change that? I have simple file sharing
off (didn't think that would do it though). Any ideas?
