Security Accounts Manger initialization failed because of
the following error: Access denied
I cannot long into the server it appears the username and password files have been corrupted somehow. The Server is a 2000 standard and it is replicating the active directory of our domain controller.
Have tried all the choices of booting. It keep informing me that I need to log into the option "security accounts manager repair tool" but it says it is only for domain controllers which the server is not. And it goes to a log in screen.
Have tried all the Administative username and passwords I know and the only different message I get is when I try to log in as "guest" and it tells me that it is disabled .. which is true.....
Help quickly please if it is out there as dhcp is running for some segments of our network on that box..
