I need to create a database to which 3 groups should have different access. Only 1 of the groups (HR) should have access to a person's personal details (address, next of kin etc) which I intend to store in the Staff Table along with the person's name and a staff id.
If I restrict access to that table would the other 2 groups be able to run reports that give the person's name with the other details relating to their employment.
I've never used the Security feature before so any help appreciated.
