Is there a way to stop access of shipment/invoice in receiving window. we don't use this option and having lot of problems due to this as user keeps on selcting this option.

We have advenced security installed in our system

this is better...we have a user who complained that his data in GP got lost because somebody hacked his computer then removed all his GP transactions.

he went to HR and accused one of the staff then both of them were invited with me. a few minutes after we started, i told the hr director that i needed to check his computer before we start pointing fingers.

the user didn't login to the correct company and was on our test company which we only upload data every 5th day of the month.

somebody almost got fired!!!
