Securing WLAN

I am using Proxim Access Points with WEP and wanted to implement additional security measures to protect my wireless network.

I've been looking into a Radius server, but does anyone have any other suggestions?

Also, does anyone have any suggestions in terms of which Radius server to use? I need for it to be under $500 and have good support.

Windows 2000 has a Radius servers included for free.

If you have a $500 budget get rid of WEP in a first place and get a WPA2 capable device. Use can use the following to choose the right equipment:
