What are the steps to secure access to Publised Apps via NFuse 1.6?

I've implemented SSL for web server to web browser communication and have changed the encryption on the published app to 128-bit.

Is there any thing else I should secure?

Oh...my web server is inside my firewall, therefore communication between the Citrix servers and the web server is already secure?

Just want to verify with anyone out there.
