I have seen that one can enter a TN number on a Nortel i2002/2004 IP phone and the set will be configured with the extension number configured against that TN.
How can one ensure to safeguard against this? I mean there must be a way to lock TN <--> DN information with Hardware ID (MAC address, etc).
Also, if the set can be configured not to allow user to be able to edit that information on the set?
Thank you.
