Securing Exchange 2k...Have intruder using me for Relay!!

Hey folks!


How can I secure my exchange server so that it will only process emails to or from certain domains. I have someone using it as a relay from what I can tell and I want to stop that but I don't want to stop my users from recieving email or sending. They have both enternal and external email. I haven't found any good information on how to secure it yet. Any suggestions or links to articles on this would be most appreciated.

We have exchange 2000 and use ISA Server for the firewall.
