First of all if you don't use pick codes (1010) I would build a filter denying 1010 and assign it to the vmail ports and all the lines. I would also ask the carrier if they can block 1010. For myself here I build a filter that denies everything and put that on the vmail ports then I do an override of my area code so I can use it for message notification.
