HI:
I have a an approach database but I want the users not be able to use any of the smarticaons and/or menu bars; just the form I have written.
Does anybody know if - and how - this may be acheivable?

Thanks!

Click on the view you wish to have as the opening view or menu, Click on the View drop down menu, de-select the items you wish to hide, Click file, save and that is that. You should probably setup Team Security as well.

You can also set up "Custom Menus" (Under Crteate, Custom Menus) and then allocate the menu to the view.

If you do not have the function available on the Menu then the button becomes inactive (i.e. New Record)
