Securing a report looses ability to print

When I add any kind of security to a report (for instance change everyone to no access and administrators to full access), the viewer "looses" the print button. Users who shouldn't see the report don't, and users that should can. It is only the print button that seems to disappear they can still export etc. I am running IIS with NT authentication.

Has anyone had this problem?

Okay... just FYI(even though this might qualify for a stupid pet trick). The new users did not have the Active X viewer set, so new reports were using the DHTML viewer. Changing the preference fixed the problem.
