SecurID: User authenticated, but user doesn't advance

I have specific areas on our website that require the user to authenticate using a SecurID token before gaining access. Most users have no problem, however, I have a handful of users (a very small percent) that use their token and nothing happens. I check to log on the Ace server and I can see that they have passed authentication, however, the user doesn't advance to the next page as they should.

This has happened on MacIntosh PCs and laptop PCs that I know of, however, it could be happening on desktops as well. I also have laptops that work fine and have Mac's using windows emulation software that work fine too.

Is there anything on the user's side that could be causing this problem? We have tested different browsers, different modems, different ISPs, internet options, timing setup, etc. When it works, it works. When it doesn't, it doesn't -- regardless of the user's setup.

HELP!! My users can't believe we don't have a reason and solution for this.
