Secured Directory Links incorrect

I modified my Domain Settings in Miva Merchant 4.13 to have the correct URL for the secured directories, according to my webhost. However, the customer login and checkout buttons take you to a blank page. If I change the URL to be the non-secured directories, it works just fine.

Any ideas how to fix this?
