Secure site, filed sclear after hitting ok

I goto a secure website, log in with username and pw with no problems. Fill out the form there, hit Enter and the fields clear. No errors.
Win2k, all updates. Other secure sites ok. Also added site as trusted. Advanced internet options are all default.
Can log onto another laptop with same credentials and no problems at all, so its soemthing on laptop.
Any ideas?

Do you have any third-party browser add-ons installed or enabled (such as the Google toolbar, etc)?

ooops, forgot that info. No extra toolbars, popup blocker turned off.
It only happens on that one secure page and only on that laptop.
