Can anyone explain the different routines and parameters for the alarms? I have 7 Secure Sentinel modems and they are set to page me for alarms. I am being paged every hour from every site. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You will need to log onto each Secure Sentinel and look in the Action and Alarm Function area.
LA (List Action Item) will print (10 to 20 at a time) the actions that the Sentinel will follow when it receives a line of text from the PBX that is a match for each Action Item.

CA (Change Action Item) will let you change each item, under the Action Routine you can use the space bar to toggle between all the available choices that are in the sentinel.

If you can find a manual you can set up different Action Routines that you may decide will be better than what you have in it currently.
