I appear to have one way traffic over my vpn client to my checkpoint firewall.

I can ping the network but i cannot view my mailbox etc, mapped drives etc

Any ideas...

I have a similar problem with a site to site vpn (Sonicwall to Checkpoint). The users behind the Sonicwall can access the LAN behind the CheckPoint but users behind the CheckPoint cannot access the LAN behind the Sonicwall. It must be a setting on the CheckPoint but I don't what as I am not a CP Guru.
I would be grateful for any suggestions as well.
Thanks

How did you determine that it was one way?

.

If you can ping the network then you have traffic both ways, otherwise you wouldn't get an echo reply and the ping would time out.

How are you trying to map a drive? Via name or IP address? How are you resolving names? DNS? WINS? Host files?

Chris.
