Looking for a brief overview of product and features

Have a client looking for a recording device to attach to MXe that can palm off to 3rd party CRM, recording calls automatically without user intervention.

Have found very ittle product feature blurb thus far

Apologies for not being clear, looking for info on secure recording connector itself. Have perused MOL and haven't found anything yet.

SRC is a very simple application, basically it works like teleworker where phones to be recorded are registered and enabled to the 3300. You need to register the phones to the SRC and these then passthrough to the 3300. The phones can use the Teleworker option to register to the SRC if you are not deploying call recording to all phones.
The SRC links to the CRE via a trusted SSL connection with a certificate verification.
Once the trust has been setup the CRE 'taps' into the voice streams of each registered and enabled phone when a Mitai off hook or ringing event occurs and the un-encrypted voice packets are sent to the CRE via the SSL connection.

Sorry it is a very basic overview but it is quite a simple application.

Thanks muckly

Exactly what I was after and I think will suit the clients needs. Well, as long as it supports their CRE (have no detail yet)

Now I understand why application is added to MAS with MBG / teleworker blade, makes alot of sense.

One last question, if I may, do you know if SRC also support SIP and UCA 3.x softphone? I know I will be asked this.

cheers

SIP is supported so I guess UC is as well as this is a SIP device.
Just point the UC softphone at the SRC instead of the 3300
