Secure path problems

I'm a bit green with all this so please bear with me.
I have a 1gb test disk that I swung from one server to another. Removed it from server A no problem.
Ran devfsadm on server B, tried to add it with spmgr add <lun>, but failing with "No LUNs have been presented to Secure Path".

I ran update_drv -f ssd and restarted spagent.
Still no luck.

Can anyone provide any direction on this please.
