Secure ftp from WinNT to Unix Box

Hi,
The requirement is to set secure ftp connection with unix box from Windows NT. We are aware of normal ftp windows API. Appreciate, if some one can give the reference for APIs on win NT for setting up secure connection with unix box.

If you can provide sample code, that would be great.

There is no standard for FTP security. Secure FTP products use different methods of authentication and encryption. What do you know about the Unix box implementation? Since you posted this in this forum, does this mean you intend to develop this solution in Windows yourself?
