Secure File Transfer Software

Hello all.

I´m wondering if there is any secure file transfer software for AIX capable of:
- Authentication based on OS security policies;
- Encrypted data transfer
- Advanced logging
- Being GNU

openssh has secure file copy capability, similar to the way rcp works.

I can't address the OS security policies without more detail.
Encrypted data transfer: Check!
Advanced logging: depends on what you mean, but I'm sure it can log what you want
GNU license: Bzzt. OpenSSH is under the (truely free, unlike GPL) BSD license.

There are AIX-installable packages for OpenSSH on bullfreeware.
