Secure Erase Printer HD (WJA 10.0)

We need to securely erase data on LJ4100mfp HD. Starting the "Secure Erase" action on WJA 8.0 or 10.0 i always receive a message asking for a "File System Password", but we don't have any pw set on that printer. Without this pw the job fails (invalid File system password).
What is the meaning of that message?

When the MFP was set-up, a password is asked for. If none, it should be Administrator. Find who installed this unit.
Try going into Service menu, and you might be able to run a format disk.
