Secure client VPN and Avaya soft IP phones

I have a quick question is anyone using NG-FP3 with secure client to create a VPN tunnel, and then are using Avaya's IP softphone for VoIP on the secure client side? When we had CP 4.1 we had it working then when we upgraded to FP3 it stopped. However, ocassionally we will get one complete call. Just wondering if anyone has it working.

just got confirmation that it's a known issue and there's a hotfix for it.

I have a similar situation, I'm running NG FP3 right now, just wonder, are there any specific config for the VPN tunnel between the CP and the client pc?

tkpsimon, We had this problem escalated to Avaya, through our vendor. We were then given secureclient b53717, but we were told that it wouldn't be supported, as it was being wrapped into NG-FP4 aka NG-AI. secureclient b 53328 has known issues with Avaya softphones/secure client.
