Secure Cert Install

I am running IIS4.0 and have gone through getting a Server Cert from Thawte,

I am going through the install process and am unsure what the proper selections should be when it asks for ip bindings, and if I should specify a port number?? I will be using this server to host one web site, and not have any virtual sites set up. Should I select the default "Any Unassigned" or should I bind it to the a specific IP address for my web site and specify a port number? Please explain what advantages and disadvantages this may have for me.
