currently designing a MPS3.0 solution for a government organisation and need to understand the MOST secure way to deliver apps to :

1. thin client devices (XP embedded)
2. Thick clients (XP)

3. should i publish apps or publish Desktop and use passthru

need to take into account information 'left' on client etc
also need to address Unix clients (Sun) too.

any advice or guidance appreciated. or experiences gained
thanks in advance

You want to run Web Interface behind Secure Gateway Services, that way you have 443 SSL encryption the whole way, no need for anything on client pcs bar a client bit.

Web Server & Secure Gateway in DMZ Secure Ticket authority and PS3 servers in side.

Scott, thanks.

Can i just ask w.r.t secuity and any residue that may be left on the client side, which client or access mechanism is the most secure (for the perspective of leaving nothing on the client)

thanks in advance

WI with Secure Gateway and using the Java Client. It doesn't really matter as the ticket given out retires itself almost immediatley.
