I have set up Secure Access Gateway and it works great, however, I have a user that was able to authenticate via the Secure Access Gateway web interface. Today the user(and only this user) gets the following error message:
"Access Gateway Enterprise could not access the agent server. Confirm that the agent server is running".
It appears to fail as "session is starting".
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
