Secure Access Gateway

I have set up Secure Access Gateway and it works great, however, I have a user that was able to authenticate via the Secure Access Gateway web interface. Today the user(and only this user) gets the following error message:

"Access Gateway Enterprise could not access the agent server. Confirm that the agent server is running".

It appears to fail as "session is starting".
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I forgot to mention that the users login account and password work for all other resources. It works for logging in through Citrix Program Neighborhood Agemt, Domain login etc.

Try removing the Access Gateway client from that pc using add/remove programs add the site url to the trusted sites in Internet explorer and try again.
 
so the problem user is a member of the required MSAM groups for access as specified in the MSAM console?

does this happen for all users or just one in particular?
