Hello All,

I have two sections in a five page word document. The footer of the document contains the page number. The first section has three pages and is numbered 1-3 of 3.

The second section is numbered 1-2 of 2. Is there a way I can remove the page numbers from the footer of the second section without removing the page numbers off the first section?

Thanks.

Should be able to. You say that there are 2 sections. If there are section "breaks" you should be able to remove the page numbers from the footer. Make sure that the sections breaks show Footer - Section 1 or 2. Once setup this way go to the Header/Footer Toolbar and unlink page 4&5. Then you should be able to remove the page numbers with impunity.
