I have a very complex report with the max number of groupings already tapped out. (i.e. I am making extensive use of headers and footers with sub-reports in each to make one report with continuos pagination.)
In the last section I have to insert scanned documents into the report. (Customer generated documentation) I can easily fit 1 or 2 pages of documentation into the 22 inch limit. If it gets to be 3-8 pages, of documentation, I have build a module to locate up to 8 quarter sized panel images on the section, these are barely legible at this point. Then the real problem comes; I have had up to 17 pages that needed to be included into the report. I can code the report to variably arrange the documents in such a way to fit them all, but none of them are readable.
I have considered using a sub-report, in this report, but I don't know ahead of time how many pages I will have to include so, I don't know how many report sections the sub-report would need to have.
Is there a way to remedy this restriction? I am using Access 97 Sr-1.
