section footer vertical alignment

Hi,

Is it possible for a section footer to ALWAYS be found at the bottom of the page it's on instead of immediately after the preceding section? I suppose I could put the information in the Page Footer section, but then it shows up on the last page of the report, too (which I do not want).

Is this clear enough?
