I know you can do this in Crystal, but how do you add another section to the Detail section in MS Access 2003. So you have detail a, detail b, and so on. Be descriptive I am going blind trying to find the solution.

Thanks

Go to View - Sorting and Grouping

When you include a field you will get option to view Group Header and/or Footer.

Hope this helps.

I don't have a details b section? I don't need another footer or header I need another detail section.

oh, sorry cretanion. will post back if anything comes to mind.

you could try faking it by using subreports.
include only a detail section in the subreport.
insert the subreport in your main report.

just a thought.

You can create many detail sections. Assuming you have a primary key field named "ID", you can create the last level of sorting and grouping on this field and display the header and/or footer. You now have another "detail" section.
