Section 508: accessiblity 1

The Rehabilitation act was updated with a new section.

508 demands the use of w3c standards for accessibility, and insists that any customer based service will lose customer's unless they attempt to open up their navigation to User agents that are specifically designed for the handicapped or disabled.
