secrettary needs to know when the boss is on a call before pushing through any other call!!

Hi all ,

I have a scenario where a boss has a private direct line to her phone , the BOSS has to dial 9 to get outside lines .HOw do i get the setup to work where the secretary will know if the boss is on a call (be it internal call or external call)

please assist
