Secretary line doesn't blink whenever Boss is on a call .

Hi Folks,
our secretary has problem as she can't see line botton assigned to her manager Blinking wehnevr he is in a call so she will not be able to to know if if he is free.

please whe i have to do in order to make his line status appear on the secretary phone.
