Secong Level AA on BCM400

Hi,

Can anyone tell me how to setup a second level AA.

I have set up an AA with 'press 1 for sales, 2 for service etc.' i then would like it to go to a new level of AA which says thanks for calling sales etc for new sales press 1 for existing customers press 2 or for internet sales press 3. I then want these calls to go to different members.

Can anyone help?

Yes, using CCR Trees you can setup multiple levels of menus/submenus.

You need to change path 1 to a menu, the record the prompt to reflect the options you described, then add the transfer nodes, 1.1, 1.2, 1.3 and so on, then put where you want them to transfer to.
