Seconds to HH:MM:SS 1

I have a field that calculates the average from two other fields. It divides talk time by the number of calls a person took. Is there a way to convert the outcome from seconds to HH:MM:SS on the form?

I would try to divide the [Outcome] by the number of seconds in a day. You can then display with the appropriate format.
