Secondary (right-side) Y axis?

I'm real new to PowerPlay - please forgive.

I've got a crosstab with a number of columns of figures plus a column with percentages. I want a clustered bar chart with all the financials tied to the left Y-axis and the percentage tied to a right-side (secondary) Y-axis.

I'm using PowerPlay 7.3, Explorer/reporter doesn't matter. Can this be done?
