Secondary Management Console in NG FP3

Hi, I've a Nokia IP330 box, in distributed mode, I've my primary management console working ok, I have now deployed a secondary Management server on a different machine, but can't seem to be able to even logon, I receive message:

"connection cannot be initiated.
Make sure that the server xxxxx is up and running"

Can anyone help

check you have added the new ip address to the GUI client list in cpconfig

Yes I already added the new ip address to the GUI client list in cpconfig but still can't get the Secondary Management console to log me in
