Secondary line rolls to primary

I have a 3904 with a module. I have an emergency phone that dials to a secondary line on the phone (key 03). I do not want this extension to roll anywhere just to ring. Is there a setting for that or do I need to create this line on it's own TN to accomplish this.

New line with the number MARP'd to it, with hunt and FDN etc not configured.
FYI
If you do this with a lot of numbers, you do not have to build individual "dummy" sets, you can MARP them all to one set with no HUNT or FDN etc set up. You can even put add on modules on the dummy phone if you have more numbers than the standard phone will handle.
