I have many icons on my desktop. I would like to place my AV program icons in a secondary screen. I recall there was a provision to do this in 3.11. Can it be done in XP?

What do you mean by Secondary Screen, are you talking about Dual Monitors, or multiple Desktops on a single Monitor?

If your refering to a secondary monitor this can be done ONLY if you have a video card that supports dual monitor. If you do, set them up for dual monitor mode if its nvidia, ati will have something similar as well. Then you can just drag and drop the icons. If your video card does not support dual monitor, then there is not a way of doing it that I know of.

If you have onboard video you can add a agp or pci video card and use the dual monitor mode.
