Second Operator Ring Back

I have a second Operator in Service department with a 4424 LD+. I need to set it up so when they put a call on hold it will start beeping at 20 seconds and ring back in 40 seconds. Or is that even possible?

The call on hold reminder is set for 60 seconds and is not adjustable....and will not ring back. Maybe you need to try the park feature. There are eight park codes in the system that are used by the operator. The amount of time they ring back to that operator is adjustable from 10 to 300 seconds in increments of 10. If this particular console does not have a DSS attached to it you could program the park buttons on the line buttons and call them park 1, park 2, etc. You could consider splitting the codes between two consoles letting each have four codes each??? lg
