i setup a phone with a main dn on key 0 and a rollover on key 1.

i also setup an ext on key 13 and rollover on key 14.

what is the best way to set this up so both lines rollover properly.

i used to setup LHK as key 14.

thanks

LHK 1 will cause 0 to roll to 1. if you want 13 to roll to 14 exclusive of 0 and 1 you may have to build a dummy 500 set with the number of key 13 and MARP it, and have it forward on busy to the number on key 14. If not exclusive LHK can be made to be 14 and all numbers will roll up the keys to the last extension on key 14 if busy, assuming the numbers are MARP'd to this set.

the only problem i see with lhk 14 is if you have other groups of dn's on that phone.. marped or not.. if key 0 1 2 and 3 are dn's, and you set lhk to 14, 13 will hunt to 14 but 0 will also hunt to 1, 1 to 2..

it might be eaiser to look up in the feature discription if you remember, nothing ever rolls.. it either hunts (busy) for fna.. transfers to another dn after x number of rings..
