I hace a database of interviews and attached two macros to a command button to run a query of other interviews for this case. The openquery macro runs first and is ok, then I want a small window to open with the results so I used MoveSize on the second line --this does not run but if I step through them they work fine, Ive tried everything I know but cannot get them to run

Hi, Mal:

"You can use the MoveSize action to move or resize the active window." from Help, Access 2000.

I don't understand why you're using "MoveSize". Why not just use a pop up form to display your results...have it pop up in front of the form with the focus.

That is, if I'd understood your question.

Thanks Gus

pop ups are new to me so some thing else to learn
The query runs ok but I want the query results viewd in a small window hence MoveSize it works on step thru but not whwn the macro is run--of to look at pop ups now
