I have a setup were a user has another DID on button 3 other than their primary DN. The problem is everytime I add teh additional DN it MARPS to it and when you call that DN it follows the forwarding of the primary DN how do I get the additional DN not to follow the primary DN's forwarding and just RNA?

Is it part of the hunt? an unanswered call, with an end in sight, and voice mail will always revert back to the mailbox of the originally dialed DN. post the tnb

build a dummy 500 with the same DN and FND in the CLS

? a number that is not key 0 or an analog should never forward or hunt.. the maxp 1 acd is ring no answer forever.
