Is there anything in the PBX that would control or disable the a second level hunt? I have issues with new sets where the fna calls will second level transfer but not the hunt (busy) calls. Since I can readily duplicate this I was thinking it might be in the switch somewhere. Help?

Well here you go. I don't think this is it though. I have been able to dupe the problem on any new set I create.

No problem. This one has stumped my Service Techs too.

Don't know if this will help you or not, looks like what you have setup to me.

Call Forward No Answer, Second Level
A forwarded call may be modified by Hunting if the Call Forward No Answer
DN is busy. This call is eligible for Second Level Call Forward No Answer if
the SFA Class of Service is allowed and a Call Forward No Answer DN has
been defined for the last rung DN.
If Group Hunting is active, Second Level CFNA is not applied.

Have you tested by denying your redirection by day and holiday prompts in CLS?

That does not have anything to do with this issue. But I'll give it a shot.

Do you just want a call to goto Vmail 4509 if ext 8507 is busy????

arugg,

you mentioned that you "have issues with new sets" ( i'm assuming its newly programmed/installed sets?) - have you done a side-by-side tn comparison with the "old" sets?

It's always easier to do a cpy of a phone that is working just like you want the new phone to work and then just make the few changes like the DN's the you need.
