Hi,
I have got a problem. Some people want to have a second internet address and I do not how to make it possible.
For instance, my address is jeyre@domain and I also want to receive mail when the receive field is jane.eyre@domain.
I have tried to change the person document but it does not work.
Does anyone know if it is possible?

Thanks,
Jane Eyre.

I do this frequently. Just add the new full address to the "Short Name and/or Internet Address" field of the Person document. Make sure it's the full address (my.name@blahblah.com) and if there are multiple addresses, separate them with a comma. If you've done this already, and it still isn't working, then I would guess that your changes aren't being replicated to the NAB on the mail gateway. You can verify if this is the problem ny looking in the "Mail Routing Events" view of the Notes Log on the server. You'll probably see the error indicating that the user isn't in the Public Name and Adress book. Replicate the NAB (or edit it locally) then try again, and it should work.
